The iconic image of Audrey Hepburn with her tiara in Breakfast at Tiffany’s reminds us of the glamour and fun these accessories can be. One of the most popular hair items in the 1980’s were scrunchies. These fabric covered large rubber bands are back. Embrace them or hate them.
